We are continuously developing our operations, and that requires an open attitude and opening the gates to new influences and development ideas. That is why our men have travelled to visit European operators.
We at Hämeenaho recognised a need for renewal and started making big changes in the summer of 2023. We changed our CEO, hired more personnel, established a managerial team, started working on our brand and even began working on our strategies near the end of autumn of 2023.
